About the Role:
In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for creating compelling online product listings and capturing high-quality photos that bring our video game selection to life. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our online store is accurate, informative, and visually appealing for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Data Entry:
- Accurately enter product information such as titles, descriptions, pricing, and features into our e-commerce platform.
- Research and verify product details to ensure consistent and accurate data.
- Maintain and update product information as needed.
- Organize product categories and filters for easy customer navigation.
- Assist with inventory management tasks.
- Product Photography:
- Set up and photograph a variety of video games and gaming accessories using a digital camera and studio equipment.
- Apply basic photography techniques to capture clear, well-lit, and attractive product images.
- Edit and optimize photos to meet our online store's visual standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized photo studio environment.
- Multi-Channel Listing & Support:
- Create, manage, and optimize product listings on third-party channels, specifically Facebook Marketplace, for items not designated for our primary Amazon/eBay channels.
- Coordinate with the inventory team on eligible products for various marketplaces.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with internal teams.
- Be open to learning new skills and adapting to changing technologies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent typing and computer skills.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and/or third-party marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace) a plus.
- Passion for video games and the gaming industry.
- An eye for aesthetics and an interest in photography (experience with basic photography techniques preferred).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
