Responsibilities of the Lead Veterinarian:
  • Medical Care: Provide diagnosis, treatment, and surgery for animals.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee the veterinary staff, including technicians, assistants, and receptionists, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Clinic Operations: Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling appointments, ordering supplies, and maintaining records.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures.
  • Client Interaction: Educate clients about their pets' health and prevention, while providing information and updates on treatment plans.
 
Qualifications:
  • DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Associate Veterinarian.
  • Proficiency in all aspects of veterinary medicine including surgeries, diagnostics, and treatments.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
  • Excellent time management skills.
