Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and driving sales growth across various industries. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with experience in outside sales, B2B sales, and territory management. As a key member of our sales force, you will leverage CRM software such as Dealersocket to identify leads, conduct product demos, and upsell solutions to meet client needs. Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing strategies
  • Manage existing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs
  • Engage in direct sales efforts including inside and outside sales activities
  • Utilize CRM tools like Dealersocket, Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while maintaining professional customer service standards
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product offerings, industry trends, and competitors

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Dealersocket or similar platforms
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct engaging product demos and presentations effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data for strategic decision-making
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
