Job Description: Creative Designer

Location: Remote (US-Based)

Job Type: Full-Time

Role Overview

The Creative Designer will be responsible for translating Nobi's brand identity into compelling visual assets that support product marketing, campaigns, sales, customer success, and customer-facing initiatives. This role owns the creative execution of branded materials — from digital content and presentations to booth design and event collateral — ensuring consistency with brand standards and elevating Nobi's presence across every channel.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Visual Identity

  • Maintain and evolve Nobi's brand standards across all creative outputs.

  • Ensure consistency in look, feel, and messaging across digital, print, and experiential assets.

  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to refine visual identity as the brand scales.

Content & Campaign Support

  • Design creative assets for product launches, demand generation campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives.

  • Create visuals for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and paid ads.

  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to design toolkits, presentations, and customer-facing collateral.

Events & Booth Design

  • Lead creative design for trade show booths, event signage, and "events-in-a-box" kits.

  • Develop templates for flyers, banners, and promotional materials.

  • Ensure event presence reflects Nobi's brand brilliance and innovation.

Customer-Facing Materials

  • Design branded assets for communities (media kits, swag, advocacy materials).

  • Create visual storytelling tools (infographics, case study layouts, testimonial videos).

  • Support Customer Success with onboarding and adoption materials.

Collaboration & Systems

  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales to align creative with campaign goals.

  • Manage creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva Pro, Figma, etc.).

  • Ensure assets are stored and accessible in brand management platforms (e.g., Templafy, DAM systems).

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in graphic design, creative design, or brand design.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and event design.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Figma.

  • Experience designing for B2B marketing campaigns, events, and customer-facing collateral.

  • Ability to balance creativity with brand consistency and business objectives.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
