Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for supporting the organization's recruitment efforts by ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. Responsible for coordinating interviews, maintaining the applicant tracking system, communicating with candidates, and providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team. In addition, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator assists with the recruiting process for internal candidates, helping to deliver a consistent and positive experience for all applicants.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Review requisitions submitted by hiring managers to ensure an updated job description is included, the salary range is within market and is within the approved staffing budget.
- Assign requisitions to appropriate recruiting team (e.g., internal, RPO, agency).
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
- Schedule feedback sessions and extend compensation offers to internal candidates.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the application tracking system (ATS).
- Ensure all recruitment practices are compliant with company policies, labor laws, and diversity and inclusion standards.
- Promote the company's employer brand through networking, social media, career fairs and professional associations.

Required Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in a recruitment, HR, customer service or administrative support role.
Education
- High school diploma and or/GED.
Skills Required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and calendar management tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
Overtime required

Travel 0-10%

Qualifications Preferred
- Experience - Talent acquisition working with applicant tracking systems (e.g., ClearCompany, Workday, iCIMS).
- Education - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent combination of work experience and certification.

Work Schedule
This position is a
hybrid role
, requiring in-office presence 2 days per week. The role also requires flexibility to work various shifts to meet business needs, typically between the hours of 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend availability as needed. Travel requirements are estimated at 0–10%.
