What Will You Work On
A typical day/week will include developing and executing Footwear Sport sourcing plans for products on a 1–2-year time horizon while shaping future network capability. You will collaborate with product creation to source product in the right place for the right time, balancing Nike network requirements against operational limitations. You will provide sourcing system(s) support, act as the subject matter expert on cross-functional projects and implementations and provide insights and analysis support to leaders to help them make critical decisions and identify areas of opportunity. You create and enable product to be made and delivered to the consumer.

Who Are We Looking For
We're looking for a Sr. Sourcing Analyst who is passionate about building for the future of footwear sourcing with out-of-the-box thinking and a proactive approach to operational challenges. You will manage multiple workstreams and drive insights into actions by partnering with cross-functional partners. You bring a proactive, self-starter attitude that is excited to work on data analytics and scenario planning to achieve a shared vision.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, procurement, supply chain, engineering, data analytics or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
  • 5+ years' work experience in supply chain or related capacity in a manufacturing, engineering, trading, or consumer goods industry.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and changing demands.
  • Ability to see how Sport level insights impact Enterprise level goals.
  • An eye for business opportunities and foresight for future challenges.
  • Strong communication skills, specifically with influencing and storytelling.
  • Meticulous and adept at managing large datasets and communicating insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to see opportunity and generate solutions.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and a strong sense of self-motivation and urgency.
  • Strong influencing skills to drive action and collaboration across tech and non-tech teams.
  • Proficiency with data automation and reporting tools and documentation (Tableau, PowerBI, Smartsheets) to support the development of innovative analytics and reporting.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Self-motivated, with strong sense of accountability, resourcefulness, and drive.
  • A ready mindset for continual process improvement and automation.

SECTION 3: WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH
In this role you will be contributing to a comprehensive sourcing strategy. You will be reporting to a director and helping manage sourcing strategies over multiple horizons and complexities. Your work will include scenario planning, analyzing tradeoffs and optimization opportunities, standardizing business processes, and supporting the future of Nike Footwear Sourcing. This work is not done in a silo You will be closely collaborating across the Sourcing team and cross functionally with Supply Planning, Product Development, internal analytics teams, and counterparts in Asia. This is an individual contributor position.
