Overview

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team at a busy laundromat This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, handling transactions, and ensuring a ckean atmosphere for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
  • Handle cash and manage cash registers with precision.
  • Provide product demonstrations and upsell items to enhance customer experience
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store
  • Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, demonstrating excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve cleaniness of the store

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environment preferred.
  • Proficiency in cashiering and cash handling procedures.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with supervising staff is a plus.
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve our diverse clientele.
  • Ability to perform product demos effectively to engage customers.
