Competitive Pay & Raises – Merit-based increases annually What You'll Do:Provide direct care to clients in home, school, and clinic settingsImplement behavior strategies using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)Support skill development in communication, socialization, play, motor skills, self-help, and school readinessCollaborate with parents, teachers, and specialists to create positive outcomesMaintain accurate documentation of progress and plans Minimum RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDAccess to a mobile phone (for email) and basic internet (if working offsite)Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance with minimum 25/50k liability coverageAbility to travel to multiple locationsMust pass a DOJ/FBI background checkCurrent TB Test (within the last 6 months) Work Environment & Physical QualificationsProvide support in homes, schools, and clinicsAbility to work in settings with moderate to loud noise levelsComfort working with individuals who may display a wide range of behaviors and needs
