Specialty Pharmacy Sales & Marketing Executive – Houston, TX
Are you a seasoned sales leader ready to make a high-impact contribution to one of Houston's leading specialty pharmacies? We're looking for a driven, well-connected professional with extensive relationships among specialist physicians and healthcare networks across Texas. This position is ideal for someone passionate about advancing access to specialty medications while building strategic ties with key prescribers and institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand Market Reach: Leverage your established network of specialist physicians (Neurology, Urology, Infectious Disease, Oncology, and more) to grow our presence across Houston and Texas.
- Strengthen Partnerships: Build and maintain trusted relationships with hospital systems, physician groups, and healthcare institutions to enhance brand reputation and credibility.
- Drive Sales Excellence: Identify high-value opportunities, negotiate access agreements, and execute sales plans that elevate revenue and brand visibility.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with leadership to shape our sales strategy and ensure alignment with long-term corporate objectives.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and evolving healthcare regulations to inform business decisions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant master's preferred.
- Experience: At least 10–15 years of proven success in specialty or pharmaceutical sales, with deep connections among Texas-based specialists.
- Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical contracting, pricing, and distribution dynamics.
- Relationship Builder: Demonstrated ability to establish new partnerships and optimize existing networks for performance and growth.
- Self-Driven & Mobile: Must be comfortable with extensive travel (up to 100%) and managing your own territory efficiently.
