Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Football Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will not only have a strong background in football coaching but also a genuine commitment to mentoring young athletes ages 8–18 in teamwork, discipline, and academic achievement. This role is central to our mission of building a positive, inclusive environment where every athlete is prepared for success—on the field, in the classroom, and in life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead effective training programs that develop players' football skills and athletic performance.
  • Conduct regular practices, drills, and games, ensuring all athletes (grades 3–12) understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Provide mentorship that emphasizes respect, sportsmanship, and academic diligence.
  • Offer constructive feedback to support players' technical and personal growth.
  • Collaborate with academic staff to monitor student progress and support college prep initiatives.
  • Communicate proactively with parents about player development, team progress, and program updates.
  • Support a safe, healthy training environment by following all health and safety protocols.
  • Participate in community events and contribute to the broader mission of youth development.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience coaching football (youth, high school, or college level); USA Football certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Background in teaching, tutoring, or working with students in educational settings is highly desirable.
  • Strong behavior management skills and the ability to motivate and inspire young people.
  • Passion for youth development, academic achievement, and community engagement.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
