About the Role

Upstate Printing is seeking a dependable, organized individual to join our team. This role combines warehouse, delivery, and production support responsibilities. The ideal candidate enjoys a hands-on work environment, takes initiative, and contributes to smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage warehouse organization and cleanliness.
  • Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including preparing outgoing orders and checking incoming deliveries.
  • Complete local deliveries using company vehicle.
  • Maintain and monitor inventory levels.
  • Assist in production as needed (e.g., setup, packaging, finishing, or general support).
  • Follow safety and company procedures at all times.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience in a warehouse or print production environment preferred, but not required.
  • Basic computer and record-keeping skills.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Part-time - Full-time, Monday–Friday.
  • Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
  • Benefits available after probationary period.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
