Job Title: Administrative Accounting Specialist – Home Care/Home Health (Medical & Non-Medical)

Our team is dedicated to quality care, professionalism, and integrity — and we're looking for a skilled Administrative Accounting Specialist to help manage our financial operations efficiently and accurately.

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and an expert in QuickBooks. Experience in medical billing or healthcare finance is a strong plus. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing payroll, managing accounts payable/receivable, and supporting overall financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day administrative accounting in QuickBooks (desktop or online)

Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and financial statements

Process payroll and maintain accurate employee records

Handle accounts payable and receivable

Prepare monthly financial reports for management

Assist with budgeting and cash flow management

Support medical billing and insurance reimbursement processes (a plus)

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and confidentiality of company data

Qualifications:

3+ years of administrative accounting experience, preferably in health care or home health

Proficiency in QuickBooks (required)

Strong understanding of general accounting principles

Experience with medical billing or insurance claims (required)

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

CPA license, (preferred)

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary $50,000-$55,000

PTO - 10 days after 90 days of employment

401k eligible after one year of employment

Holidays - Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day
