Arrives to work on time as scheduled in full uniformProvides the highest level of service by adhering to all Miller's Ale House service standardsWorks directly with other Team Members to ensure all the Guest's needs are fulfilled in a timely mannerAssists host/hostess with greeting and seating GuestsAssists servers in running food while ensuring proper food handling guidelines are being followedAcknowledges all Guests that come within five feet in a smiling, friendly mannerAssists the servers in pre-bussing dishware as the Guests has finished eatingProvides final removal of all plate and glassware after a Guest departs from the tableResets all tables within a timely manner after Guest departure including perfect silverware setup and cleanliness detailCollects bus tubs at Quality Assurance and server stationsEmpties trash cans in the restaurantEnsures proper food handling and sanitation of work areasAccomplishes end of shift side work; including ensuring work areas are stocked and ready for the next scheduled server to take overInteracts with Guests to create "Ale House Raving Fans"Communicates with fellow Team Members and Management to keep one another informed, wears a headset
SAFETY & SANITATION
Washes hands every 30 minutes throughout the shiftMaintains clean and sanitized work areasEnsures cleanliness of restrooms upon departureWorks with Team Members to ensure that safety and sanitation protocol is being executed to company standardTEAMWORK, SKILLS AND EDUCATION
Supports other Front of House functions as needed, insuring that everything within the 4 walls of the restaurant is every Team Member's responsibilityPositively communicates with other Team Members and Management to keep one another informedProvides exceptional service throughout the entire shiftPossesses communication skills and the ability to work alone as well as with a teamAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentMust be a minimum of 18 years of age unless otherwise dictated by state lawSets up Team Members for success at shift change by ensuring side work and stations are properly stocked-
