*Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the daycare center, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.

  • Manage staff, including hiring, training, and professional development.

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula and activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.

  • Maintain compliance with state licensing regulations and ensure all policies are up to date.

  • Build strong relationships with families, providing regular communication and support.

  • Handle administrative duties, including budgeting, enrollment, and scheduling.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a daycare or preschool setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and state licensing requirements.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the needs of the center.
