Virtue SAB has been granted Breakthrough Device Designation by the FDA for the treatment of coronary ISR, coronary small vessel disease and below-the-knee peripheral artery disease. The Company has a right of first refusal agreement with Terumo Corporation and Terumo Medical Corporation, a leading global medical device company, for a potential transaction related to Virtue SAB for the treatment of coronary artery disease. Role and Responsibilities – Including but not limited to:

• Accounts Payable operations including invoice entry, PO processing, AP reconciliation, vendor management, bill payment support, maintaining records, and responding to internal/vendor inquiries
• Review Company expense reports for accuracy, correspond with Company employees, manage Concur T&E platform, and prepare monthly analysis
• Assist with financial reporting close process including certain account reconciliations
• Perform accounting functions within accounting software
• Identify process inefficiencies, recommend efficient process alternatives, and facilitate the implementation of improvements
• Prepare certain audit deliverables to ensure timeliness and accuracy
• Other tasks may be assigned based on business needs and skillset alignment.

Qualifications – Knowledge & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Minimum of 2 years experience working in a corporate Finance/Accounting Department or public accounting firm Processing invoices, journal entries, and expense reports preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Experience preferred with utilizing ERP systems (specifically SAGE Intacct) for recording/posting journal entries, preparing reports, etc.
• Ability to work in a high growth company under time constraints as required during peak reporting periods and while key transactions are being executed
• Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate well with team members, and flexible with evolving responsibilities
• Team-oriented and able to work independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees
• Strong interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communications, willingness to assist in areas outside of direct assignments when necessary
