Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to the following)
- Display and promote company values (ASPIRE: Attitude, Safety, Passion, Integrity, Relationship, and Evolve).
- Provide guidance for discovery phone calls with customer and sales representative to identify core needs of the project and to help determine if the project is a fit for both parties.
- Seek to understand the customer's project requirements and drive for clarity when needed.
- Effectively utilize ERP system/project management software to ensure the right information is delivered to the right personnel.
- Manage customer timelines, milestones, and expectations regarding the formula development, production, and launch schedule.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (R&D lab, engineering team, quality team, purchasing, etc.) to ensure an understanding of project scope among all parties.
- Ensure each project continues to progress by always maintaining open lines of communication with internal and external stakeholders during the project life cycle.
- Facilitate inter-disciplinary project meetings as needed.
- Track and manage project timelines and deadlines from project initiation through the first production run.
- Collect and assemble information to create bill or material requirements.
- Filter internal communication and present polished information to customer.
- Assist and attend on-site customer visits.
- Recommend process improvements for increased efficiencies.
- Firm understanding and compliance with company's Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Safe Practices.
- Regular attendance.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Products and ability to learn new systems quickly.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Associate's degree in a relatable field required; Bachelor's degree in relatable field preferred.
- A minimum of 1+ years' of management and/or leadership experience preferred.
- A minimum of 2+ years' of experience in a relatable field preferred.
- Experience with business process improvement teams and initiatives preferred.
- Knowledge of functional business processes required.
