In this remote role you will lead a group of Professional Services consultants and Resident Engineers, work with our customers to implement Infoblox solutions to meet their use cases and work closely with Infoblox sales teams to position services in the sales cycle. You will also drive processes, tools and serve as a strategic partner to leadership. You will drive process and improvements in our technology and drive efficiency and improve productivity.You're the ideal candidate if you are a creative self-starter who is passionate about leading successful teams and paying close attention to detail. You are innovative, organized, detail-oriented, and efficient while being adaptable to changing priorities.At Infoblox, you will be able to thrive in a unique work environment that emphasizes career growth, excellence, innovation, and collaboration.Be a Contributor — What You'll DoLead a team of Professional Services Resident Engineers as they embed with customers to implement Infoblox solutions, ensuring high-quality performance and customer satisfaction, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environmentAct as primary contact for internal stakeholders—account teams, PS management, etc. for project status and metrics reporting, managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budgetWork closely with the Sales team as part of the Sales cycle to scope engagements, and compose Statements of WorkDevelop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and operational efficiencyPartner with customers to share the value of the Infoblox Professional Services and generate a services pipeline for the Professional Services FederalBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, ensure satisfaction and meet expectationsHelp enable Infoblox partners to deliver Federal engagementsServe as an escalation point for customers and account teamsDevelop strong partnerships with Sales, and other functional organizationsAttend weekly scheduled Professional Services and Public Sector leadership meetingsBe Prepared — What You Bring10+ years of experience in a professional services leadership role in a SaaS companyExperience working closely with enterprise and/or strategic account sales leaders in a SaaS companyProven experience scoping engagements and negotiating statements of WorkExcellent mentoring, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and projectsAbility to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and pick up new skill sets quickly as organizational priorities and deadlines shiftExcellent written and verbal communication skills that enable you to meet with and present to directors and VPs with confidenceStrong problem-solving and analytical skills as well as a great business senseWillingness to travel occasionally (
