Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled technical and techno-functional expert with expertise in Oracle EPM and EDM Cloud Services to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle EPM – Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) & Enterprise Data Management Cloud (EDMCS), Narrative reporting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions and managing the EPM environment.

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Oracle EPM and EDM Cloud Techno-functional Expert to join our Risk team. This role is in New York City, NY

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 14+ years of experience with Oracle EPM and EDM Cloud Services.
• Solution design, Implementation, and Support of various Oracle EPM Cloud / On-Prem products.
• Experience in maintaining Oracle Cloud EPM & EDM applications and working with Oracle support.
• Prior experience maintaining and updating SmartView, Financial Reporting Studio, Cubes, Integrations, reporting, configurations, exception handling, and data quality/control.
• Strong experience in updating calc scripts, business rules, web forms, and reports.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions/configuration.
• Excellent collaborative and client relationship skills.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile methodology).

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions using Oracle EPM, EDM Components, and other software technologies.
• Integrate EPM with other systems using Agents, APIs, web services, and middleware.
• Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Provide functional expertise in EPM and EDMCS modules to support business processes and requirements.
• Perform data provision, integration, and deployment activities.
• Develop and maintain EPM and EDMCS relevant solutions, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to EPM applications and integrations.
• Support creating SmartView templates/retrieval sheets and financial reports.
• Support month-end closing and fiscal year-end closing.
• Experience in developing, designing, analyzing, and implementing various applications using Oracle EPM, and others such as Hyperion Reports.
• Demonstrated proficiency in configuring and customizing EPM & EDM solutions.
• Worked on financial reporting systems and Decision Support Systems.

Optional Skills (added advantage):

• Support and Application Administration for On-Prem Hyperion Data Relationship Management.
• Knowledge of Workiva and Integrating Workiva with Oracle Cloud GL, FCCS and IBM TM1.

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $116,000 and $246,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs. 
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
