Are you a creative visionary with a passion for transforming spaces? As a Bath and Kitchen Designer, you will have the exciting opportunity to bring your design expertise to life by crafting stunning and functional environments that enhance the daily experiences of our clients. You will collaborate closely with homeowners, contractors, and suppliers to create innovative designs that reflect individual styles while adhering to project specifications and budgets. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that every detail, from layout to lighting, is meticulously planned and executed.

What you'll do

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for bath and kitchen renovations.
  • Utilize design software such as 20/20 , AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite to create detailed plans and 3D renderings.
  • Develop comprehensive project proposals that include design concepts, material selections, and timelines.
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring all aspects are on track and within budget.
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and adherence to design specifications.
  • Provide expert advice on color theory, lighting design, and construction techniques to enhance the overall aesthetic and functionality of spaces.
  • Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and ensure designs are feasible within the given space.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in interior design, renovation practices, and new products.

Experience

  • Proven experience in bath and kitchen design or a related field is essential.
  • Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD,20/20 is a must have, design Bluebeam, Rhinoceros 3D, and Adobe Photoshop is required.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, contracts, budgeting, sales techniques, and renovation practices is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with lighting sales and design principles will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members alike.
  • A degree or certification in Interior Design or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Projected Total Compensation: $45, $100,000.00 per year
