RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs facial treatments, chemical peels, HydraFacial, SkinPen, and a variety of Sciton laser services.
  • Evaluates clients' individual needs and expectations to determine the most customized service or program specific for each client.
  • Prepare rooms and materials as necessary for incoming esthetic Skin Care patients.
  • Provides recommendations for follow-up care and proper product use while maintaining loyalty of clients.
  • Responsible for notifying appropriate staff when supplies are needed and following standard supply protocol.
  • Acts as a resource for the clinical team & Midwest Facial Plastic Surgeons regarding patient care needs related to skin care.
  • Responsible for the sale of retail products and assisting with monthly inventory as needed.
  • Administrative tasks and appropriate follow up with clientele (client check-in's/check-outs, taking payments, emails, thank you notes, projects, etc.).
  • Provides support for marketing (promotions, events, social media posts).
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Graduate of an accredited Advanced Practice Esthetic/Skin Care Program
  • Licensed as an Advanced Practice Esthetician in the State of Minnesota
  • Valid Driver's License

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience as an Advanced Practice Esthetician
  • Laser experience, preferably Sciton
