Abcor Home Health, Inc., is growing and we are hiring a bilingual Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team in our Rockford, IL office.
What We Can Offer You:
- Pay range of $41500 per year - $43000 per year
- Quarterly performance bonuses

Responsibilities:
- Perform 5 home visits per day (25/week) to assess care quality and caregiver performance
- Verify services align with client care plans and company standards
- Observe and coach caregivers; provide feedback and training as needed
- Identify home safety hazards and educate clients on precautions
- Collaborate with branch management on client safety, compliance, and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate visit documentation and weekly reports
- Serve as the main contact for clients and caregivers
- Attend the office weekly and assist with office needs
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance
- Ability to travel throughout the Rockford, IL Area
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Good time management skills and the ability to manage multiple visits efficiently
- Experience in homecare services (Preferred)
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
