You will partner with internal R&D teams, collaborate with external startups, and engage senior stakeholders across the company and industry. You'll be the one to prototype, test, and prove what's possible, helping shape the future direction of our platform and business.
 

Day-to-Day  Responsibilities

  • Incubate New Products: Explore, prototype, and validate seed-stage ideas, building proofs-of-concept that demonstrate technical feasibility and inform business opportunities.

  • Build with AI & Agents: Apply modern AI and agentic technologies, frameworks, and platforms to create new workflows, validate partner solutions, and drive innovation in data and product experiences.

  • Collaborate Broadly: Partner with internal R&D teams on early projects, contribute to initiatives across Product and Engineering, and evaluate external third-party solutions for potential integration or investment.

  • Prototype & Test: Write code, design workflows, implement experiments, and build prototypes that can be demonstrated internally and externally to validate market fit and technical viability.

  • Shape Strategy Through Building: Translate hands-on prototyping into insights and recommendations on product and technical strategy, influencing senior stakeholders across product, engineering, and commercial teams.
     

Stay on the Frontier

  • Remain current on emerging AI and agentic concepts, frameworks, and platforms, bringing forward ideas that keep us ahead of the curve.

The approximate annual base compensation range is $191,500 to $283,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
