Join our dynamic team as a Breakfast Cook, where your passion for food and creativity will shine In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious breakfast meals that delight our guests and set the tone for their day. You'll work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, collaborating with our seasoned team to deliver exceptional dining experiences. If you have a flair for cooking and a commitment to food safety, we want you on our team
What you'll do
- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items, including eggs, pancakes and more, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to plan menus that cater to dietary needs and preferences while maintaining creativity in meal preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety standards and regulations at all times.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
- Practice safety protocols, and menu items to ensure consistency in quality.
Experience
- Proven experience in a culinary role within the food industry. Prefer breakfast but we are willing to train the right person.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and presentation styles that enhance guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with dietary department operations and menu planning to accommodate various dietary restrictions.
- Demonstrated ability to handle food safely and efficiently while maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen environment.
- Knife skills and experience with meal preparation for fast paced breakfast environment.
