Role Summary

We're hiring a Sales & Client Success Specialist (CSS) to be the heart of our client experience — handling communication, sales, scheduling, and retention with care and precision.

Compensation & Perks

  • Annual Pay: $40,000-$42,000+ commission
  • Bonuses: Additional sales-based incentives
  • Schedule: Full-time | Morning shift | 830am-530pm EST
  • Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Retention

  • Respond to inbound leads and close new business
  • Re-engage past clients and promote recurring services
  • Offer upsells and premium packages

Client Communication & Service

  • Be the friendly, reliable point of contact for our clients
  • Handle service questions, and client issues with professionalism
  • Conduct follow-ups and build relationships with VIP clients

Scheduling & Operations

  • Work closely with scheduler
  • Ensure work orders are accurate and efficient
  • Schedule the Initial Clean and sets up the recurring service

Reporting & Quality

  • Track client satisfaction and feedback
  • Partner with Operations for schedule and service improvements
  • Flag recurring concerns and support proactive solutions

What We're Looking For

  • Required sales experience, no detailed scheduling experience necessary
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and proactive
  • Sales-minded and enthusiastic about upselling
  • Previous CRM or MaidCentral experience is a bonus

A Day in the Life: CSS Edition

  • 8:30 AM Log into MaidCentral, check voicemails, texts & emails– begin responding to client communication
  • 10:00 AM Begin outbound calls Handle complaints or issues with empathy and resolution
  • 12:00 PM Midday check-in with team Record updates and flag any client concerns
  • 2:00 PM Follow up with leads and client onboarding Send upsell offers or thank-yous to VIP clients
  • 4:00 PM Final schedule check, prepare for tomorrow Log notes and wins, and close out the day with clarity
