We are currently looking to add a dedicated and reliable security to our team. As Security at HOME, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a safe and hospitable environment for our diverse clientele. Your ability to stay calm and composed in high-stress situations will be key to our success
What You'll Do:
- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Check IDs, inspect bags, and ensure a secure environment for all patrons.
- Handle diverse clientele in a high-volume, fast-paced bar/restaurant atmosphere.
- De-escalate high-tension situations using effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Escort guests off the property in a safe, calm, and efficient manner when necessary.
- Work in a dark, loud, and dynamic environment while ensuring safety and comfort.
- Collaborate closely with the bar and restaurant teams to maintain a positive atmosphere.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working in security, as a host, or in a bar/restaurant setting.
- A warm, inviting, and hospitable attitude is essential.
- Must have availability for nights and weekends.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while remaining calm and professional.
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills to manage tense situations effectively.
- Must be 21 or older.
- Reliable availability and transportation are required.
