Job Summary

We are looking for a
Technical Lead
with over 10 years of experience in modern technologies to guide architecture, development, and delivery across multiple modernization and integration projects. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in web frameworks, backend APIs, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps, along with strong leadership skills to drive technical excellence and ensure scalable, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Solution Design

  • Define and communicate the overall technical vision and architecture for multiple projects.
  • Translate business requirements into modular, cloud-ready solutions.
  • Review code, architecture, and deployment strategies to ensure scalability and security.
  • Guide developers and DevOps engineers to maintain delivery consistency and quality.
  • Promote best practices for design, documentation, and coding standards.

Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps

  • Design and maintain AWS-based infrastructure (EKS, EC2, VPCs, IAM, ALB, CloudWatch).
  • Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Helm charts, and Kubernetes.
  • Manage configurations securely using AWS Secrets Manager and Config Maps.
  • Support containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Plan and oversee migrations from legacy systems (Spring Boot, JSP, etc.) to modern platforms.

Authentication, Security & Integrations

  • Implement and manage authentication systems using Okta (SAML 2.0) and Keycloak.
  • Coordinate data integrations using Boomi or similar middleware.
  • Oversee API security, encryption, and secrets management strategies.

Project Oversight & Collaboration

  • Lead technical teams across frontend, backend, integration, and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and product owners.
  • Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Identify and resolve technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and scalability issues.

Technology Stack

  • Frontend:
    Angular 17, Angular Material, TypeScript, RxJS, HTML, CSS, SASS, Micro Frontends.
  • Backend:
    NestJS 10, REST APIs, TypeORM, Java 17+, Python.
  • Database:
    PostgreSQL, Oracle SQL.
  • Integration:
    Dell Boomi, MuleSoft.
  • DevOps:
    Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, AWS, GitHub Actions, CloudWatch.
  • Testing:
    Jest for frontend and backend unit testing.
  • AI/ML:
    LLMs, Machine Learning, NLP, Deep Learning concepts.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in modern technology architecture and full-stack software development.
  • Strong background in cloud technologies (AWS preferred).
  • Experience with agile, waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of database architecture, system design, and network administration.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
