Job Overview
This position is primarily accountable for applying the payments to the customer accounts, accurately and timely. Reports to a team lead.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Post cash payments on customer accounts and balance cash posted to cash receipts.
  • Post deductions with proper codes in system.
  • Adjust accounts as needed within scope.
  • Distribute unapplied cash documentation to billing or collections.
  • Work with customers to obtain remit information.
  • Assist in customer account reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with Collections and Billing to resolve issues with customer payments.

Qualifications

  • 1 year of work experience at Linde or 1 year administrative or accounting external experience required.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proactive problem solver.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet team deadlines.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Salary
Pay commensurate with experience. Open to salary range $52,500 - $77,000.
