YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

Strategy & Vision

  • Develop and Execute the Enterprise AI Roadmap: Define a multi-year strategy and execution roadmap for the responsible and ethical adoption of AI/ML, Generative AI, and other emerging digital technologies across all enterprise functions (e.g., Supply Chain, Member Support, Finance, and People/HR).
  • Identify High-Value Use Cases: Partner with business leaders across the company to identify, prioritize, and champion high-impact AI use cases that deliver measurable business value, from productivity gains to new member features.
  • Innovation Portfolio Management: Establish and manage an innovation pipeline, moving concepts from incubation and proof-of-value to scalable, production-ready solutions, ensuring alignment with Peloton's strategic imperatives.

Governance & Operations

  • Establish AI Governance Frameworks: Define and implement robust AI Governance and Responsible AI frameworks, standards, and policies to ensure that all AI initiatives are ethical, secure, compliant (e.g., with data privacy laws), and align with enterprise risk management.
  • Platform and Architecture: Collaborate with the business units and Enterprise Architecture teams to define the foundational AI/ML and data platforms, tools, and infrastructure necessary to support the scaling of enterprise AI capabilities.
  • Agentic AI Use Cases: Own the technology roadmap for enterprise AI initiatives including but not limited to agentic AI workflows.

Leadership & Change Management

  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Serve as the primary liaison and strategic partner, aligning efforts and managing dependencies between the CIO organization, Product, Engineering, Legal, and core Business Units.
  • Build an AI-Fluent Culture: Drive the organizational and cultural change management required for broad AI adoption, promoting AI literacy, developing training, and communicating the value and impact of digital innovation to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, up to the executive level.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing team of specialists (e.g., AI Product Managers, Data Innovators, Change Managers) focused on delivering the digital and AI vision.
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in technology, digital transformation, data science, or AI/ML, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role driving enterprise-level strategy and execution.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, including Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), predictive analytics, and their practical application in a large-scale, consumer-facing enterprise.
  • Business Acumen: Proven track record of translating complex technological concepts into clear business objectives, measurable KPIs, and demonstrated financial value.
  • Strategic & Operational: Experience in defining and implementing AI governance frameworks, MLOps, and managing the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products.
  • Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead and influence across a complex, cross-functional organization, build high-trust relationships with executive stakeholders, and champion change.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field. A Master's degree is highly desirable.
PREFERRED
  • Experience in the fitness, wellness, subscription, or e-commerce industries.
  • A background in management consulting or a similar role focused on large-scale, technology-driven business transformation.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including, without limitation, experience and business objectives and if the location for the job changes.
