UBEO Business Services, the premier provider of business technology products and services, is seeking to hire an Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Las Vegas, NV
UBEO is a distributor/servicer of document equipment and software solutions. Primary products include Canon, Ricoh, Xerox and Konica Minolta multi-functional equipment and Kyocera printers. UBEO specializes in electronic document management software and integrations.
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and expanding our market presence through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in B2B sales, territory management, and customer relationship management, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and driving revenue growth across diverse industries. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your expertise in sales, marketing, and technology solutions will be instrumental in achieving company goals.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through field prospective outreach, networking, and market research.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing tailored solutions and ongoing support.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to showcase features and benefits.
- Develop and execute territory management strategies to maximize sales opportunities within assigned regions.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, manage pipelines, and analyze sales data for informed decision-making.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Upsell additional products or services to existing customers to increase account value.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and product offerings to stay ahead in the marketplace.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Other duties as assigned
Compensation
UBEO offers a competitive compensation package with
- a Base Salary between $40k and $50k
- a generous commission plan, uncapped, generating an average of $40k to $80k a year in additional revenue.(average first year commission.)
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management within relevant industries such as Business technology, manufacturing, IT services or retail.
- Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or other CRM tools for lead tracking and analysis.
- Demonstrated ability in lead generation, cold calling, direct sales, and inside/outside sales strategies.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques for business development purposes. (Training provided)
- Ability to analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets and managing territory sales effectively.

Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Ability to sit at desk for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to talk on the phone and work with various computer tools and applications.
- Ability to type and compose written communication in various forms.
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle for travel to client sites.
- Ability to stand/walk for prolonged periods at times.
- Ability to lift 20+lbs on occasion.
- Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
- Must have a reliable form of transportation.
- Regular, reliable and predictable attendance is required.
