Building Care Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Building Care Specialist to maintain cleanliness and organization across multiple properties: one primary residential home and four additional buildings (three commercial and one residential). This role ensures all properties are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Residential Home Maintenance (Daily):
Perform laundry and dishwashing tasks from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and laundry area.
Other Properties (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM):
- Rotate cleaning and maintenance duties across four buildings according to the weekly schedule:
Weekly Rotation:
Monday: Deep clean Big Office Building, touch-up Retail Location 1
Tuesday: Deep clean Logistics Building, touch-up Retail Location 2
Wednesday: Deep clean Retail Location 1, check Big Office Building
Thursday: Deep clean Retail Location 2, check Logistics Building
Friday: Deep clean Residential Property, check all dispensers and trash across all buildings
General Duties:
Ensure each building receives a thorough cleaning weekly and a touch-up twice per week.
Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs.
Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishment as needed.
Follow safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday:
8:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Residential laundry and dishes
10:00 AM – 5:00 PM: Cleaning rotation across other properties
Qualifications:
Previous experience in custodial or facilities maintenance preferred
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Clean Background and Clean Driving Record
