- Own end-to-end product strategy for a high-impact domain within Ads Partner Network, driving innovation that scales partner success
- Solve complex problems at the intersection of AI/ML, partner experience, and advertising technology—building products that anticipate partner needs before they ask
- Partner with engineering, data science, and business teams to transform ambitious ideas into reality, shipping products that delight thousands of partners
- Define success metrics and drive data-informed decisions, measuring impact through partner satisfaction, business growth, and operational efficiency

Key job responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap, translating partner needs into compelling product strategy through market research, competitive analysis, and business cases that articulate vision and success metrics
- Deeply understand partner pain points through direct engagement and data analysis, then prioritize and deliver features based on partner impact, business value, and technical feasibility throughout the full product lifecycle
- Partner with engineering and data science teams to define requirements and build intelligent solutions, while collaborating with business and operations teams to align on go-to-market strategy and drive adoption
- Define success metrics and KPIs, establish measurement frameworks, and drive continuous improvement by monitoring product performance and identifying optimization opportunities
- Build relationships with senior leadership, present product updates to secure buy-in, and influence without authority to drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups with competing priorities
- Stay current on AI/ML trends and emerging technologies, experiment with novel approaches to partner problems, and share learnings to elevate product thinking across the organization
- Manage product backlogs, write detailed requirements, navigate ambiguity with incomplete information, and balance short-term wins with long-term strategic investments as the partner base scales
A day in the life
You'll spend your days partnering with engineering and data science teams to build AI-powered solutions for advertising partners—think virtual partner managers and intelligent recommendation systems. Your internal stakeholders include engineers, scientists, business leaders, and partner-facing teams across the Ads organization. Your customers are thousands of advertising partners who need scalable guidance to grow their businesses on Amazon. You'll solve the core challenge of delivering personalized, expert-level support at scale through automation and intelligent product experiences that anticipate partner needs.
About The Team
We're the Partner Enablement and Growth team - responsible for building the Ads Partner Network, the engine behind Amazon Ads' partner ecosystem. Our mission: build products that help partners grow while driving advertiser value. You'll collaborate daily with Product, Engineering, Science, and Operations, plus cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Finance. Our vision is a world-class ecosystem where top partners unlock top opportunities and we scale impact without scaling headcount.
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
