We are looking for seasoned and capable electricians, whether via formal training/certification (definitely a plus) or from extensive exposure and hands-on experience. A portion of this role will be technical electrical debugging, maintenance, and install but there will also be a large portion that is not at all electrical-service related. So if you are interested in learning new skills and rounding out your skills as a general problem-solver, then SNSHN might be the right home for you.

Our founders used to work in Tech and Healthcare and bring a unique approach to investments and property management. This is NOT your normal maintenance/service business, opportunities to learn from others and expand your skills are available weekly as are opportunities to lead, teach, and propagate your trade.

Some examples of some of the things you'll be asked to manage on a day-to-day basis.

  • MUST have Strong electrical knowledge (service panels, home-runs, fixture install, appliance debugging, etc)
  • Work with tenants to diagnose issues (over the phone and on location)
  • Join our morning sync to set priorities, ask questions, and work as a team
  • Successfully problem solve issues that you've never dealt with before and report back to team on how you did it
  • Track and submit your own hours
  • Work on everything from installing locks to finish carpentry
  • Additional Duties:
  • Support the rest of the team in triaging and serving existing tenants with requests, issues, or complaints that need servicing.
  • Bring your ideas and your energy to the team and help us grow and serve Milwaukee one property at a time
