is developing cutting-edge modular power systems designed for zero-emission energy and industrial applications. They're looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead high-impact design and analysis work on next-generation reactor and power components.

You'll play a direct part in advancing a zero-emission energy technology designed to make clean, reliable power accessible across industries. It's a rare opportunity to combine deep technical work with global impact.

About The Role;

ø Perform detailed mechanical and thermal stress analysis on complex, high-temperature components such as pressure vessels and reactor structures.

ø Use advanced FEA tools (ANSYS Mechanical or equivalent) to evaluate fatigue, creep, dynamic, and nonlinear performance.

ø Translate analysis findings into practical design improvements for performance, safety, and reliability.

ø Collaborate across mechanical, materials, and systems teams to define loads, interfaces, and mechanical requirements.

ø Present results to internal teams and external stakeholders, contributing to design reviews and technical documentation.

ø Mentor and support junior engineers on analysis methods, simulation workflows, and design best practices.

We're looking for the below experience;

ø Prior experience working on a Nuclear facility.

ø Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Materials, or Nuclear Engineering (Master's or PhD a plus).

ø Professional Engineer (PE) certification.

ø 5+ years of experience performing mechanical and thermal FEA in a manufacturing or high-tech environment.

ø Hands-on expertise with ANSYS Mechanical or comparable analysis software.

ø Solid understanding of solid mechanics, fatigue, and material behavior at high temperatures.

ø Programming or scripting experience (Python, MATLAB, etc.) for simulation automation or data handling.

ø Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.

ø Experience with ASME or CSA pressure vessel and piping codes.

ø Background in non-metallic materials (graphite, ceramics) or radiation-affected materials.

ø Exposure to large-scale FEA, HPC environments, or custom material modeling.
