ELYON provides the Program Management for its Channel of Commercial Technology companies in Government that consist of Small Businesses and New Technology start-ups.

ELYON advocates for policies that can improve government services and maintain our government's competitive advantage, by bringing more technology into government programs.

We do this by aligning the voice of our small business members with advocacy for change in federal policy that will make the government market more accessible to small businesses and the commercial technology ecosystem.

The Channel's founding Technical Board Members include former government leaders and IT executives passionate about bringing best-of-breed technology to the government.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Lead / Systems Architect to join our team

Technical Lead / Systems Architect

Position Description (PD)
Responsible for technical oversight and architecture of HRD applications, systems integration, and modernization initiatives. Defines system design, security architecture, and implementation strategies aligned with DOI standards (including NIST SP 800-53, IPv6 compliance, and CUI handling). Leads the technical team in evaluating tools, frameworks, and migration strategies to optimize application performance and security.

Personnel Qualifications (PQ)

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IT systems architecture, systems integration, or enterprise application development.
  • Proven experience designing or implementing solutions in a federal HR or ERP environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering; AWS or Azure Architect Certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Agile/DevSecOps environments and system lifecycle management.
  • Strong technical writing and documentation abilities.
