Inside Operations Supervisor

Location: Plainfield, IL

Salary Range: $60,000 – $80,000 annually (based on experience)

Are you a motivated leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence? DRF Installations, Inc., a top provider of hot water solutions across ten states, is seeking an Inside Operations Supervisor to oversee our Customer Service, Permit, and Dispatch teams. This role is critical in ensuring seamless operations and an outstanding customer experience to our internal and external customers. Availability to (8:30-5:30) with ability to cover on a rotating weekend schedule.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and Supervise Teams: Oversee the Customer Service, Permits, and Dispatch teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Drive Exceptional Service: Create an atmosphere of outstanding customer service while ensuring operational efficiency across departments.
  • Team Development: Coach and mentor team members to achieve goals and enhance their skills.
  • Prioritization and Problem-Solving: Sense of urgency in decision making to resolve issues quickly, and manage day-to-day priorities.
  • Optimize Operations: Monitor call volumes, dispatch schedules, and permit processing to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Change Management: Act as the supervisor on duty, managing priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
What You Bring
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Call center, permit management, or dispatch experience (preferred, but not required).
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including some weekends. Mid-shift availability is preferred.
  • Problem solving and issues resolutions skills
Business Schedule
  • Weekdays: 6 AM – 10 PM
  • Weekends: 7 AM – 7 PM
  • Ideal Supervisor would be Available to cover rotating On- Call weekend shifts for escalations
