Position Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and driven individuals to join our team as Independent Contractors in a commission-only sales role. You'll have the opportunity to earn substantial commissions while promoting our solar systems and panels both door-to-door and within our partnered retail locations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Conduct door-to-door sales and engage with customers in partnered retail locations, answering inquiries about solar energy solutions.

  • Set appointments for our closing team and assist with configuring proposals for potential customers.

  • Gather energy bills from prospective clients and provide information throughout the installation process.

  • Participate in daily team meetings to discuss goals, strategies, and individual progress.

  • Complete training modules and partake in one-on-one coaching to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
