Responsibilities:- Perform patient assessments and provide nursing care for individuals of all ages
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Assist in medical procedures and examinations
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
- Valid nursing license and CPR certification
- Ability to triage and perform patient assessments in person, over the phone, and/or via the web portal messaging system.
- Strong knowledge of medical documentation, terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Tolerate a work environment of approximately 85% sedentary desk work and 15% physical nursing care throughout the clinic.
