CHC is hiring a Full-Time Assistant Property Manager to join their team CHC is a fast-growing commercial real estate development and management company located in the heart of Fort Worth's Near Southside district. The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for assisting in all operational and financial aspects of a portfolio of properties.

Primary Responsibilities

· Assist in the oversight of the entire commercial portfolio, which will include accounting, financial reporting, distribution analysis, vendor management, and monthly site visits.

· Maintain tenant files, including Insurance records and lease agreements.

· Track renewals and lease expirations, updating management of upcoming expirations.

· Assist with monthly bank deposits.

· Draft documents, tenant letters and other correspondence as needed.

· Assist in the production of owner and investor reports.

· Assist with filings, document revisions, and other functions to improve the efficiency and performance of the department.

General

· Answer primary telephone line and direct calls to appropriate personnel.

· Take messages and/or assist with potential tenant inquires.

· Greet and assist all incoming visitors.

· File necessary documents and maintain the organization of property files.

· Scan, copy and file invoices and other accounting related documents.

· Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· Preferred 1 - 3 years of property management or real estate-related experience.

· Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Proven ability to efficiently prioritize and execute multiple tasks simultaneously in fast-paced work environment.

· Passionate work ethic and highly motivated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $53,000.00 per year
