Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our multidisciplinary pediatric therapy team. • Document patient progress, interventions, and treatment notes accurately and in a timely manner, reporting back to the supervising OTR.
  • Collaborate closely with the supervising OTR, other therapists (SLP, PT), and clinic staff to ensure a comprehensive, coordinated approach to care.
  • Act as a vital link with parents and caregivers by providing education, training, and home-program activities to facilitate the carryover of skills into the child's home and community environments.
  • Assist with preparation of treatment materials, maintenance of therapy equipment, and general organization of the therapy space.
  • Participate in team meetings, clinical discussions, and ongoing professional development.
