ObiCai Catering Specialist | $18–$20/hr Our locally owned restaurant group is seeking dedicated and professional Catering Specialists to join our team.  This event-based position is ideal for individuals seeking flexible, part-time work while contributing to Fort Wayne's vibrant hospitality scene.
About Us As a cornerstone of the Fort Wayne community, our restaurant group is known for hospitality, quality, and excellence.  We take pride in delivering outstanding experiences, both in our restaurants and through our catering services at events across the city.
Position Overview Catering Specialists support our catering operations by ensuring flawless execution and exceptional guest experiences.  This position requires adaptability, professionalism, and the ability to work in restaurant-like and event-driven settings.  Shifts are scheduled in advance according to event needs and may vary week to week. Responsibilities
  • Assist with catering events at both in-house and off-site venues
  • Support event setup, service, and breakdown
  • Deliver attentive, high-quality hospitality to guests
  • Maintain a professional presence while representing our restaurant group
Qualifications
  • Previous hospitality, catering, or restaurant experience preferred but not required
  • Strong teamwork skills with a positive, dependable attitude
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, guest-focused environments
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
