The Worldwide Industrial Hygiene is looking for an Industrial Hygiene Program Manager. This Program Manager will help develop and deploy mechanisms to ensure global regulatory compliance. Amazon's Worldwide Industrial Hygiene (WWIH) team protects employee health by managing workplace hazards. They identify, evaluate, and control chemical, physical, and biological risks through data-driven assessments and innovative solutions. As subject matter experts, they ensure global regulatory compliance while providing guidance, tools, and education to stakeholders. Their work focuses on preventing occupational illnesses and injuries through proactive risk management and scalable solutions.Key job responsibilities • Lead Industrial Hygiene compliance initiatives and program development • Partner with stakeholders across various departments to deliver strategic projects • Manage project timelines, resources, and risk mitigation • Proven experience in Industrial Hygiene and program management • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and business operations • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to make data-driven decisions and manage competing priorities • Experience with process improvement methodologies • Track record of successful project delivery and risk management • Drive process improvements using methodologies like Agile, Lean, or Kaizen • Oversee program communications and documentation • Develop and track KPIs and success metricsA day in the life Amazon offers a full range of benefits that support you and eligible family members, including domestic partners and their children. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market.
