We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary leader to join MassMutual’s Research & Development (R&D) organization as the Head of AI Platform Engineering. In this key role, you will be responsible for MassMutual’s technology strategy. The Impact: Architectandbuild the core platform for applied , secure, and efficient AI/ML platform engineering to support a broad range of AI workloads Prototype and productionizeagentic workflows and LLM-based systems that drive impact across the value chain through the automation, deployment, scaling, and management of AI platform services, ensuring high availability, performance, and resilience Be a talent magnetby attracting, developing, and retaining a world-class team of high-performing engineers Shape strategyin partnership with R&D leadership and senior executives across the enterprise Leadcross-functional teamsof AI platform engineers, ML engineers, and decision engineers to deliver robust, production-ready AI solutions Collaboratewith product managers, researchers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define and execute AI strategies aligned with company objectives.
