Job Description Job Title: Master L1 Automotive Technician / Mechanic Location: 2547 Loganville Highway Grayson, GA 30017 Job Overview: We are looking for technicians / mechanics who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our guests. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guest Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate concerns Work together with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished resultsQualifications Qualifications: Current employment as a master technician in the automotive industry Positive attitude and a desire to serve guest Minimum 10+ years of experience as a flat rate automotive technician/mechanic ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve Fully Developed competency in drivability for all makes/models of cars/trucks Meet or exceed hourly goals Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes Professional appearance and strong communication A desire for long-term career development Must have your own extensive tool collection Physical Requirements: Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools Walk/stand for the majority of their workday Drive manual transmissions vehicles Efficiently navigate a computer Efficiently utilize tablet for Digital Vehicle InspectionsAdditional Information Christian Brothers Automotive (CBA) began in 1982 with the simple premise of providing precision auto repair with transparency, integrity and a philosophy of people first.
