The role combines 50% clinical duties with 50% administrative leadership, focusing on strategic planning, faculty development, patient safety, and quality improvement in a new behavioral health facility. The candidate will also engage in medical education, research, external relations, and operational management to support the division's growth and excellence in care.Seeking innovative and highly collaborative fellowship trained BC Child Adolescent Psychiatrist to provide executive and strategic leadership as the Division Head of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Hospital has under construction a state-of the-art, 144-bed behavioral health facility that will open in the fall of 2025.
