The Field Service Representative willinterfacewithSolventumcustomers daily andis responsible forbuilding,cultivating,andmaintainingsuperior customer relationships.The daily responsibilities encompass the preparation of medical equipment for patient use to include disinfection, quality control testing, preparation for use and transportation of the equipment to and from customer locationsutilizinga company provided vehicle.As aField Service Representative,you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Supportscustomers to include patients and hospital staff on a regular basis providing superior customer service with customer centric solutionsExecutestimelyandaccurateorder management using company issued computersand electronic equipmentforaccuratedocumentation and record keeping.Obtains and evaluates all informationregardingservice and productinquiriesand providespromptresponses & appropriate followup.Gatherscustomer feedback responding and/or escalating to management asappropriate.Assistscustomers in the research and due diligencesearches for missing & misplaced medical equipment within customer locations or the service environment.Safelyoperatesa company vehicle to support the equipment delivery,retrievaland onsite customer service requirements of the position.Prepares best-in-class medical device equipment (cleaning, disinfecting, quality validation and routine maintenance), disposables, and documentation processing for delivery.Organizes and executes assigned work tasks to effectively and efficiently meet customer expectedtimeframesfor service.Tracks inventory control on assets, parts, disposables, and supplies. Contacts customersregardingcoordination of delivery and retrieval return of productsAccurately prepare, Pick, Pack, Ship and Receive inbound and outbound shipments using 3rd partypartners;Loadingand unloading medical equipment from company vehicles.Follows all work and safety instructions and conforms to Company and Departmental policies and procedures.Maintains a clean,orderlyand safe working environmentCompany Vehicle This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this positionYour Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one,Solventumrequires(at a minimum) the following qualifications:High School Diploma/GED or higherRequires a minimum of1year of work experience ina customer facing orservice-related fieldCurrent, valid Driver’s LicenseAdditionalqualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Ability to work non-traditional work schedule, which may include extended hours including evenings, weekends, andparticipatein on-call dutiesAbility to meet physical requirements of the position through fitness testing asrequiredin the Job Safety Analysis (JSA)Experience with Microsoft Office& iOSapplicationsDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, as well as,demonstratedtime management & prioritization skills.Durable Medical Equipment handling experienceAdditional Requirements In this role, you may be required to enter healthcare or other third-party facilities.
