Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) thrive in our supportive environment and commitment to professional development and making an impact in kids’ livesResponsibilities: Provide hybrid behavioral services (remote and in-person) in compliance with program standards.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using assessment data.Conduct behavioral/skills assessments and monitor progress through ongoing data collection.Supervise and support RBTs through coaching, training, and performance feedback.Provide parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization.Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to ethical and regulatory standards.Participate in team meetings and apply evidence-based practices consistently.Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications: Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Benefits: Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance401K with Employer MatchFlexible Schedules and manageable caseloadsBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation and Schedule: Pay Range:$75- $100/hourEmployment Type:Part-TimeLocation:In-person & TelehealthTravel:Assessment visits are conducted in-person as requiredApply Today
