Position Overview: Specialty:Neurology Work Schedule:Monday Friday, 8-hour shifts Patient Population:Primarily adult patients Practice Type:Outpatient, 100% adult care Location:Near Warnerville, NY (A scenic and affordable area with excellent recreational and cultural opportunities) EMR System:EPIC Compensation:Competitive salary, starting bonus, relocation assistance (if applicable) Benefits:Health/vision/dental insurance, retirement savings with employer matching, CME allowance, paid malpractice, and more. Key Responsibilities: Provide general neurological care in an outpatient setting Manage a caseload of 6-7 patients per day Conduct diagnostic procedures such as EMG/NCS and EEG (required) Deliver specialized care for ALS patients (prior experience preferred) Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care and treatment outcomes Qualifications: Required:Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Neurology, Physiatry, Palliative Care, Internal Medicine, or Critical Care Active New York medical license (or in progress) BLS and ACLS certifications (or willing to obtain) At least 1 year of physician experience with ALS care (not including training) Ability to perform EMG/NCS and EEG Interest in providing comprehensive neurological careAdditional Information: This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
