The role includes managing 14-17 patients per shift in a closed ICU setting without procedural duties, supported by a strong team of hospitalists and advanced practitioners. The position offers flexible daytime shifts, competitive compensation, and opportunities for bonuses and incentives.Seeking an adaptable, collaborative, BE/BC Hospitalist looking to spend time with patients and provide top quality care in Fargo, North Dakota.Position Details: 140 Beds, Closed ICU Strong, collegial team atmosphere with 20 full-time hospitalists and NP support Manage an average of 14-17 patients per hospitalist No procedures required Access specialty and 24/7 intensivist support Daytime shift Shift is 7/7 on & off Flexible shifts and scheduling options Compensation: $337,000 Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensationQualifications: BC/BE in Internal Medicine or BC/BE in Family Medicine with a strong interest and experience in hospital-based care (mentorship opportunities available)Community: Located in the eastern part of North Dakota, this city is a vibrant regional hub known for its dynamic arts scene, excellent educational institutions, and strong economy.
