This opportunity is open to both experienced physicians and recent or upcoming fellowship graduates. Practice Overview Join a busy oncology practice currently supported by one full-time physician Second physician planning retirement within the next few years, offering long-term stability and succession opportunity On-site radiation oncology services Strong clinical and administrative support staff Robust patient volumes with excellent income potential Access to a comprehensive network of specialty care providers Epic electronic health record systemOutreach Opportunity Light outreach responsibilities at a nearby affiliated medical center Approximately 2-4 days per monthSchedule and Call Traditional Monday-Friday schedule with some flexibility 1:3 call rotationReason for Recruitment Anticipated retirement of one of the current physiciansCompensation and Benefits Highly competitive compensation plan Relocation assistance Vacation time Continuing medical education allowance Retirement plan with employer contribution Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Short-term and long-term disability coverage Professional liability insurance with tail coverageQualifications MD or DO degree (U.
