LPN LVN - Float Personnel at Providence Health and Services summary: This position is for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who will provide patient-focused care within Providence Medical Foundation. Candidates must be California LVN licensed with recent acute care experience, IV certification, and BLS certification. Upon hire: California Licensed Vocational Nurse Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Upon hire: IV Certification 2 years recent experience in acute care facility or medical group practice. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
